The first week of August, Kawasaki Motors Corp. U.S.A., of Irvine, Calif. announced a recall of Kawasaki 2010 KLX110 Off-Road Motorcycles. A faulty housing for the ignition switch can allow water to enter and activate the electric starter unintentionally. This poses a serious hazard of injury or death.

This recall involves the Kawasaki 2010 model year KLX110CAF and KLX110DAF off-road motorcycles. They were sold in green and have Kawasaki written on the sides of the fuel tank..
