The stories go on and on, connecting the conditions, and the loss of life, and how the defenses that are now being claimed were evident back when safety was ignored and owners were trying to buy justice.

It was great news to hear that Minnesota’s iron mining industry saw zero fatalities in 2009. Hopefully, it’s a sign of things being done correctly. With all of the economic talk , it’s great to hear of safety being observed because the reality is that less accidents saves money. It also adds to the quality of life for all of us.
