In two separate motor vehicle highway collisions, two Minnesotans were killed this past week. Saturday night , around 11:30 a Econoline van carrying 11 people lost control, went sideways into the median, and rolled several times. One of the passengers died and many of the others were injured.
That same night, the Westwood High School wrestling team was heading to a wrestling clinic in Iowa, when the SUV they were in collided head-on with another van. One of the drivers died and five members of the team were taken to a nearby hospital.
As with any death in a Minnesota motor vehicle collision, there are a number of issues that will need to be reviewed. A founding partner with Bradshaw & Bryant, Mike Bryant has always fought to find justice for his clients—knowing that legal troubles, both personal injury and criminal, can be devastating for a family. Voted a Top 40 Personal Injury "Super Lawyer" multiple years, Mr. Bryant has also been voted one of the Top 100 Minnesota "Super Lawyers" four times.
