I really like reading others lawyers posts. There are a number of them that get a lot of publicity and others that take a little time to find. Here are a couple that I recently found and thought needed to be passed on:
– Richard J. Schroeder does a great job of explaining what type of investigation can be done by insurance companies of a claimant and why.
– Maxwell Kennerly takes on the "Sue Happy" infographic.
– Mark Bennett takes a very thought provoking look at an example of a Judge denying a 10.00/hour worker a public defender.
– Finally, a great place to look every quarter is at the Safety Report web sight where electronic versions of the magazine can be found. There is some really good stuff there.
A founding partner with Bradshaw & Bryant, Mike Bryant has always fought to find justice for his clients—knowing that legal troubles, both personal injury and criminal, can be devastating for a family.
