Here are some recent things I found of interest:
– Technorati ran a sad story about how the poor end up at the worst hospitals.
– Boingboing had what I found to be an interesting story about a lawyer that was "extracting" money out of porn viewers. I took it as another warning for people that think they can’t be tracked on the internet.
– Four Loko has agreed to change the way they advertise and in reusable containers.
– Injuryboard member, Doug Landau, does a great job of explaining what insurance subrogation is in the context of bicycle collisions.
– Fairwarning discussed a study that found that the advertising of the big fast food places is so good that it convinces children to want the "food" even over the opposition of their parents.
A founding partner with Bradshaw & Bryant, Mike Bryant has always fought to find justice for his clients—knowing that legal troubles, both personal injury and criminal, can be devastating for a family. Voted a Top 40 Personal Injury "Super Lawyer" multiple years, Mr. Bryant has also been voted one of the Top 100 Minnesota "Super Lawyers" four times.
