Boingboing had what I found to be an interesting story about a lawyer that was "extracting" money out of porn viewers. I took it as another warning for people that think they can’t be tracked on the internet.

Four Loko has agreed to change the way they advertise and in reusable containers.

Injuryboard member, Doug Landau, does a great job of explaining what insurance subrogation is in the context of bicycle collisions.

Fairwarning discussed a study that found that the advertising of the big fast food places is so good that it convinces children to want the "food" even over the opposition of their parents.
