As usual I came across a number of legal issues in other blogs that I found very interesting:
– Ilya Somin at the The Volokh Conspiracy takes a very interesting look at the law in True Grit.
– Pop Torts points out another tort reform hypocrite in Mark Levin.
– We found more tort reform disinformation pointed out over at Tort Deform as they look at how legal restriction in Ohio hasn’t created a economic benefit. So less constitutional rights and no jobs.
– Steve Lombardi takes another look at wrong-site surgeries.
– The Wall Street Journal Blog pointed out how paralegal and lawyers compare in job satisfaction and stress.
– Finally, some great winter tire tips from Kreithen Baron & Carpey.
