There is a lot of talk going on about the recall of Stryker hip replacements. If you have one, you may have received a letter from your orthopedist claiming that Johnson and Johnson is offering to take care of the replacement.
Beware: Don't sign anything without talking to a lawyer that does this kind of work.
- They are not offering to pay for all of your losses.
- They are asking for unlimited authorizations to look into all of your medical past
- It is still to early to determine what the remedy is and how much Johnson and Johnson knew about the product.
