I was out picking up toys for Christmas this week. It was interesting how there are new warnings and safer toys. How much things have changed. Maybe the manufacturer made the changes out of a sense of public awareness and if so I applaud that. My kids are safer.
The American Association for Justice recently put out a interesting report on how trial lawyers have played a role in making toys safer.
“As toys have become more sophisticated, so too have the risks associated with them,” said AAJ President Gibson Vance. “Protecting our children requires vigilance from everyone. Regulators, parents, manufacturers, and the civil justice system all play a part in keeping dangerous toys off store shelves.”
Those safety changes are there because trial lawyers stand up for those who don’t have a voice. Those who fight for those that can’t fight for themselves. It’s what our country is founded on.
A founding partner with Bradshaw & Bryant, Mike Bryant has always fought to find justice for his clients—knowing that legal troubles, both personal injury and criminal, can be devastating for a family. Voted a Top 40 Personal Injury "Super Lawyer" multiple years, Mr. Bryant has also been voted one of the Top 100 Minnesota "Super Lawyers" four times.

This must be implemented, especially to those fast food that providing unsafety toys for our kids. Not all toys are safe, they must have to take this seriously.
