This past month there have been a couple of vary odd taser incidents.

  • A 43-year-old California man died after getting tased eight times. Apparently, he had driven through a stop sign. Later stories were that he became combative and uncooperative. Seems like there never should have been a death.
  • A Marathoner in Cincinnati was tased because his shorts kept falling down and he wasn’t wearing underwear.

Both of these cases will be looked at for the number of questions as to what happened. The police are claiming no wrongdoing.

My good friend Steve Lombardi, has been writing about these type of incidents for some time now.

If something like this should happen to you., see your doctor and document the names of everyone around. These type of cases can involve insurance issues concerning governmental immunities and municipal liability caps. Please keep in mind that there may be time limits within which you must commence suit.
