This survivor is to be commended for his courage in coming forward! He is helping many victims by doing so. The case of the priest as well as those of other accused pedophiles like Sylvain Kustyan, Ariel Castro, Jerry Sandusky prove the need to stop these menaces to our children's welfare BEFORE they have decades to prey on our innocent children. The others have been caught, but Kustyan (formally charged with two counts each of 1st Degree Sodomy and Sexual Abuse of a ten-year-old little boy) fled the US and is now a fugitive from the law thought to be in Europe. As the recidivism rate for pedophiles (as the case above shows) is virtually 100% it is imperative to catch these predators!

Yes it takes great strength to come forward. The new law allows justice for so many that have been forced to remain silent. Thank you for reading and leaving the comment.

There is an active group called the Lay Cistercians of St. Benedict which is extremely active in several states (WI,IN,IL,MN etc.) all around the MN area. They are a clandestine group run by the Benedictines themselves, using the Benedictine principles of "spiritual growth an community", Their newsletter fell off on 2008. One cannot access their real website unless one is a "member". Supposedly for the laity, they also harbor as members former priests and religious who have had "relationships" with non-religious persons in the past, allowing them to feel part of a structured, supportive and austere "community". Some are "married". They are allowed to speak, teach and otherwise come into contact with unsuspecting non-Cistercians. It would be most expeditious to investigate this pseudo organization.

The Vatican needs to order an investigation of St. John's Abbey. The culture of abuse/misconduct of so many monks, the liberal theology (the Sisters of St. Benedict too) is year by year destroying the College of St. Benedict and St. John's University. They are the reason the place is now less than 50% Catholic in terms of students, faculty and staff.

Tarlton abused children and watched gay porn at St. John's Prep for years and the administration knew about all of it.

Thank you both for reading and your comments. Hopefully, the discovery that will be part of the case will uncover much of what has been hidden.
