There are still more lists which are subject to litigation, but right now the lists that have been released has put the number of credibly accused priests in Minnesota over 100.

Diocese of Winona Release Their List of 14 Priests Accused of Sexually Abusing Minors

Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis Release Their List of 34 Priests Accused of Sexually Abusing Minors

The Diocese of St Cloud Release Their List of 33 Priests Accused of Sexually Abusing Minors

St. John’s Abbey Release Their List of 18 Monks and Priests Accused of Sexually Abusing Minors

The Diocese of Duluth Release Their List of 17 Priests Accused of Sexually Abusing Minors

The Diocese of Crookston Release Their List of 6 Priests Accused of Sexually Abusing Minors

Many of these names were originally complied as a part of the John Jay reports that were done but never released to the public.  They also contain names of individuals who are deceased.

The lists also contain many who are currently still in public.  Of interest, the additions have contained priests who were still  active in parishes  at the time of the original lists.  They also contain names of individuals who since leaving the church have gone into other jobs in society.

The names are now disclosed,  however there are more lists that exist in Minnesota and there are many more names to find.

Abuse of children and the continued silence by the offenders needs to be prevented. If you suffered, saw, or suspected such events, it is important to know that there is help out there.
