The Christmas snow was followed by a couple of dustings and some deep cold. The result has been roads that are tough to drive and require each driver to slow down and to leave enough time to get around. Last week, saw 150 weather related crashes according to the Minnesota State Patrol. This number included one death:
A Cottage Grove 67-year-old man died Wednesday in a rollover crash in St. Paul Park. The crash happened on Hwy. 61 near 70th Street. The vehicle went off the road and into the ditch on the right side, the State Patrol said. The car rolled twice, ending up on its roof. In this tragic case, sorrow for the family of the man goes out.
As with any death in a Minnesota motor vehicle collision, there are many issues that will need to be reviewed. My partner, Joe Crumley, addressed this topic in a recent article for the Minnesota Lawyers Trial magazine. I was interviewed last year on the same topic.
A founding partner with Bradshaw & Bryant, Mike Bryant has always fought to find justice for his clients—knowing that legal troubles, both personal injury and criminal, can be devastating for a family. Voted a Top 40 Personal Injury "Super Lawyer" multiple years, Mr. Bryant has also been voted one of the Top 100 Minnesota "Super Lawyers" four times.
