– Jeff Anderson looks at the suspension of 21 of the 37 priests named in the recent Philadelphia Grand Jury Report and accused of sexually abusing children.
– Brooks Schuelke gives us some good news out of the Texas Legislature as they look at laws about texting and driving, a topic he has addressed a number of times.
– Eric Turkewitz had two interesting topics recently:
- The question of if nonlawyers should be able to invest in law firms in North Carolina? A bad idea.
- and how tort reform can equal more medical deaths. A issue they are facing head on in New York right now.
