The Nerf N-Strike Recon CS-6 Blasters are being recalled by Hasbro because of reported injuries to children using the toy. The Consumer Products Safety Commission has reported that children have been hit by the toy’s plunger causing bruising, cuts, blood blisters, and welts on the face, neck, and chest.
Parents should take the toy away from children and contact Hasbro for an additional part — a cylindrical cover — that will make the toy safe. Consumers can reach Hasbro at 800-245-0910.
