Today in Le Sauk township at the intersection of County Road 4 approaching County Road 120, two cars collided causing one of the drivers to be transported to the hospital. An investigation is ongoing.
Both drivers will be eligible for No Fault coverage. Liability coverage will depend upon decisions as to fault and if the injured party meets a tort threshold.
