It what could have been a tragic story, a 3 year old was found walking barefoot on Highway 55 near Lone Oak Road in Eagan, over a half mile from his home, He was spotted by a passing car at around 3 am. This is a area that many vehicles use and makes you wonder how he got there. Early reports are that he got out through a garage door. Did hot temperatures make the exit easier?
