Early this morning, a pedestrian was injured by a car that drove away. The pedestrian was crossing at the intersection of S. 4th Street and 9th Avenue S.
The vehicle, a dark-colored Dodge Neon or Stratus, did not stop, but fled westbound toward Lake George. The person hit had surgery and is reported to have been healing well.
The St. Cloud indicate that the vehicle may have front passenger side damage. Anyone with information should contact the St. Cloud Police.
