The Minnesota Department of Public Safety has again come out with the list of the 13 most dangerous counties for drinking, driving, and deaths. They are:

1. Hennepin, 2. Ramsey, 3. Anoka, 4. St. Louis, 5. Dakota, 6. Wright, 7. Olmsted, 8. Rice, 9. Washington, 10. Stearns, 11. Sherburne, 12. Scott, 13. Carver.

The reasons are based up on studies and the statistics:

The results of these finds are that more effort will be put into law enforcement and education in each of these counties. For many, this is an annual appearance , and the time is now to make sure they change the future. Each year in Minnesota, alcohol-related crashes account for up to 200 deaths and 400 serious injuries costing the state around $225 million.
