From time to time, we will try a case that is just a regular rear end collision. But, rarely do we ever have a video or evidence of a witness, other than the defendant who actually watched the impact.

You think someone was hurt? But, there isn’t a lot of property damage.
The reality is there, is no direct correlation between property damage and injury. I’ve totaled cars with no injuries and cars that looked like the video and life changing surgeries. It’s the myth that the insurance companies love to profit off of.
