On Sunday morning, there was a collision at 6:15 am at the corner of East St. Germain and 12th Avenue Northeast in St Cloud, Minnesota. A car hit a bicyclist. The rider was taken to St Cloud Hospital. The car took off and was described as a dark four-door sedan with minor damage on the front driver’s side.
