On Thursday August 29th there was an accident at
2pm at the corner of 8th St and 9th Ave S in St Cloud, Minnesota. One car rear ended another. The
front car driver said she slowed down for a bicycle and was rear ended. The Back
car driver says the front car swerved in front of her and caused the collision.
The Police would like to know what happened. If
