During the month of June, I am addressing common questions that get asked in our practice. Today’s Question is: What will my costs be?

Along with each case, there are associated costs. These costs are usually investigation, medical records, medical reports, and trial costs once a case is put into suit. These are the costs that usually prevent the average person from ever being able to bring their own case. We pay these costs for you up front with the agreement that we will receive this money back with the settlement or verdict. Since this is the money we personally invest in the case, we get the money back separate from the contingent fee. Of course, our injury clients don’t have to pay anything unless and until there’s a recovery.

These questions are not intended to replace a consultation with an attorney, nor do they take into consideration facts that may differ about your particular case. Here at the Injuryboard, we have experienced attorneys who can deal with your individual questions and best help you with your case. Feel free to get the help you need by contacting one of us.
