I read as many legal blogs and articles as I can get into my Google reader each day. Here’s some of the ones I found of interest this month:
– Steve Lombardi takes a look at the McDonald’s coffee case and how it has been gobbled up by the light thinkers.
– The Poptort points out the problem’s with the tort reform bills in Florida.
– There were a couple of items I found about former Florida Governor Charlie Crist, showing up in Personal Injury commercials for his new firm Morgan and Morgan. I wasn’t bothered by him finding work or did I think much more about the commercial than I thought of his campaign commercials.
– One of the Injuryboard‘s very helpful bloggers, David Mittleman, takes a look at the importance of sleep.
– Shayna Slater takes a look at the risks concerning nursing homes.
– the Wall Street Journal Law Blog takes a look at how big corporations are growing as Plaintiffs in lawsuits. They also had a interesting look at Justice Steven’s thoughts on prosecutor misconduct.
– Finally, Brooks Schuelke reminds new clients of what they should bring to their first meeting with a lawyer.
A founding partner with Bradshaw & Bryant, Mike Bryant has always fought to find justice for his clients—knowing that legal troubles, both personal injury and criminal, can be devastating for a family. Voted a Top 40 Personal Injury "Super Lawyer" multiple years, Mr. Bryant has also been voted one of the Top 100 Minnesota "Super Lawyers" four times.
