There is always interest in what the local and the national appeals courts are releasing with each of their opinions. At times some of the opinions have more social interest then others:

– Who is the most quoted Musician by the courts? Well it’s Minnesota own Bob Dylan. The Beatles and Springsteen round out the top three.

– The Minnesota Litigator points out some good news from the Federal level concerning limits on what debt collectors .

– In State vs. Brown the Minnesota Court of Appeals found that a disabled individual using a motorized device as a substitute for walking is not driving, operating, or in physical control of a motor vehicle for purposes a DUI charge.

Just some of the fun stuff that we see with the higher courts.
