Saturday night, a SUV ran into a tractor pulling adults on a hayride in Sherburne County, The tractor driver and five passengers were injured. The SUV driver was arrested after the collision.
This is a case there the passengers will be treated like pedestrians and will be able to make a no fault claim to their primary policy. There may be other claims based upon liability issues and the results of the investigation.
